Standort: Außendienst - North West & Midlands, Vereinigtes Königreich
Aufgaben:
- Berichterstattung an den Vertriebsleiter, um den Umsatz und die langfristige Rentabilität des Unternehmens durch den Verkauf an den bestehenden Kundenstamm zu maximieren.
- Identifizierung, Gewinnung und Verkauf an neue Kunden in bestehenden und neuen Märkten.
- Regelmäßiger Kontakt mit allen Kunden, um die höchsten Standards des Kundendienstes zu gewährleisten.
- Planung von Kundenbesuchen in effizienter, effektiver und sicherer Weise.
- Außendienstmitarbeiter müssen in der Lage sein, mehr als 150 Erzeugerkunden zu betreuen.
- Wöchentliche Besuchsberichte und Notizen für den Verkaufsdirektor und die leitenden Angestellten.
- Probleme im Service- oder Qualitätsbereich lösen.
- Aufbau einer Produktkenntnis auf einem akzeptablen Niveau.
- Erarbeitung realistischer, aber anspruchsvoller Ziele für den Budgetprozess.
- Aktualisierung und Pflege von Aufzeichnungen über alle Transaktionen und administrative Aufgaben.
- Tägliche Unterstützung und aktive Förderung des Rufs und der Marke des Unternehmens.
Ausbildung: Einschl. relevante schulische und gärtnerische Qualifikationen
Erforderliche Erfahrung: Kenntnisse des Jungpflanzen- oder Zierpflanzenmarktes, IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel, Word und E-Mail
Arbeitsumgebung: Hauptbüro, Home-Office und Außendienst
Arbeitszeiten: 08.30 - 17.30 Uhr (ohne Reisezeit, mit zusätzlichen Stunden je nach Bedarf)
Arbeitstage: Mo-Fr (einige Wochenenden zu Spitzenzeiten)
