About John Port Spencer Academy
John Port Spencer Academy is a large and vibrant community school with the ambition to ensure the very best learning experience for each and every one of our students. We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and organised Sixth Form Administrator to join our team. The Sixth Form Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Senior Leader/Head of Year with responsibility for Post 16 education. The postholder will monitor and maintain accurate attendance information and reporting for Post 16 students. There will be a requirement to support throughout the UCAS application process including checking of UCAS entry data and the uploading of reference material to support students. The successful candidate will need to be available to attend during examination results weeks in the summer to ensure that students are equipped with everything they need to make the next step. This is a part-time post to work 22.5 hours per week over 3 days - Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
