Your responsibilities will include:
- Carry out stock condition surveys on social housing properties including kitchens, bathrooms and HHSRS.
- Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.
- Assess the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms.
About the Role:
- Surveys are carried out on asset management software – tablet devices will be provided.
- Must have a minimum qualification in HNC construction.
