Early Connections-Port Macquarie/Hastings is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to provide leadership and guidance. This is an amazing opportunity to work for an organisation that is highly regarded in the local community, providing services to children aged 0-12 years and their families, including early childhood intervention, Speech Pathology, Early Childhood Teachers, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, and school readiness programs.

The Role Responsibilities- Day-to-day management of Early Connections-Port Macquarie/Hastings.
- Co-ordination of services offered through Early Connections-Port Macquarie/Hastings.
- Ensuring the quality of individual programs.
- Facilitating effective communication between staff, families, and the Management Committee.
- Managing NDIS, Department of Education, and fee-for-service provisions.
- Drafting marketing and communication materials in line with the organisation's purpose and values.
- Developing and maintaining a network of contacts in stakeholder and community organisations.
- Embedding human rights and organisational values in quality systems.
- Developing systems and reporting mechanisms to identify quality risks.
- Ensuring compliance with quality reporting systems.
- Improving procedures and policies to enhance service delivery.
- Contributing to budget allocation for quality and compliance systems.
- Providing reports and documentation to meet internal and external requirements.
- Maintaining appropriate records, including policies, procedures, and statistical data.
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in a related field with extensive management experience.
- Demonstrated experience in administrative procedures, program development, and community liaison.
- Commercial expertise (desirable).
- Enhanced time management and prioritisation skills.
- Experience in partnership with families.
- Leadership experience and promoting open communication in teams.
- Experience managing disability services.
- Knowledge of NDIS and Disability Standards.
- Project management experience.
- High-quality oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in grant applications.
- Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Check & Police Check required prior to commencement.
