Job Overview: We’re expanding and looking for a detail-oriented Product Data Specialist to help manage and refine automotive aftermarket product data for use across our various e-commerce platforms. You’ll work with raw data from multiple sources—such as suppliers or internal databases—validate its accuracy, transform it into the right formats, and ensure it’s always ready for both online stores and other business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Source and gather product information from manufacturers, suppliers, and internal databases.
- Validate and cleanse data to ensure it’s accurate, complete, and ready for use.
- Transform raw data into required file formats (e.g., CSV, Excel) for e-commerce platforms and internal systems.
- Maintain and update internal databases with key product details, such as pricing, fitment, and specifications.
- Prepare and upload data to various online marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, etc.), following each platform’s guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, IT, etc.) to provide accurate product data for campaigns and other initiatives.
- Monitor and report on data quality and performance, recommending improvements where needed.
Requirements: Strong attention to detail, comfortable working with spreadsheets and databases, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. An interest in the automotive aftermarket is a bonus. Motivated, team-focused, and able to adapt to evolving priorities.
