Our client is seeking a specialty doctor in General Paediatrics to undertake duties on their CAU, Paediatric Ward, Neonatal Unit (NNU) and in the Paediatric Outpatient Department, as well as attending delivery suite and the postnatal wards when required and contributing to safeguarding clinics. The post holder will also be required to contribute to the provision of the general tier two on call service.
To be eligible for this post you must have the following:
- Primary Medical Degree
- Full GMC registration – ESSENTIAL
- Eligible to be included on the Specialist Register
- CCT expected within 6 months of interview date
- MRCP
- Experience and special interest in breast cancer
- Experience in prescribing and managing patients with systemic chemotherapy
- Ability to make independent and appropriate clinical decisions

- The Trust is very supportive of research and an existing research interest would be welcomed
- 10 PAs
- On Call Commitment - one in nine full shift rota in second Tier (Middle grade level).
- There is potential flexibility within the job plan for this post.
