The team handles high volumes of Securities Issuance Documentation for stocks and bonds. Key Responsibilities: Drafting securities issuance documentation across asset classes Maintaining meticulous records and following defined processes Advising the business on structured securities issuances, legal aspects of structuring and distribution activities Procuring and analyzing cross-border legal advice from external law firms to provide appropriate legal guidance Liaising with external counsel to outsource work where appropriate and managing external firms\’ output throughout the project or transaction lifecycle Collaborating with team members to manage workload Qualified English lawyer (or equivalent jurisdiction) with at least 1 year of experience in investment banking/global markets, gained in-house or at a law firm Outgoing and robust personality capable of working autonomously and collaboratively Clear, concise, and effective communicator (both written and oral) Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work High level of organization, planning, numeracy, attention to detail, logical thinking, and teamwork Knowledge of structured securities and re-packaging transactions is desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
