Senior Qualified Person (QP) Manager

AssureBio is leading a confidential search for a Senior Quality Compliance Manager & Qualified Person (QP).

This is a permanent, full-time position offering hybrid working (3 days on-site) and a clear progression pathway into senior leadership.

The role blends project leadership with QP certification, a chance to lead site-wide quality initiatives while playing a pivotal role in batch certification and compliance.

Key Highlights:

• Strategic leadership across QA, QC & Technical functions
• QP batch certification of non-sterile products
• Reviewing deviation controls, CAPAs, Change Controls, Compliance Issues
• Supplier management
• Lead audits, supplier audits, internal audits
• Validation review and reports
• Chair monthly and quarterly meetings
• Succession planning into a broader Head of Technical role
