As a trusted voice in the space, this FemTech business is growing steadily and sustainably and looking for someone ambitious to join their close-knit team as their Senior Business Development Manager.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a compassionate and ambitious Senior Business Development Manager to join their London team (1-2 days a week in-office), taking full ownership of B2B sales, opening new client relationships and driving new business growth in a purpose-driven sector delivering life-changing outcomes to end users.
As their Senior Business Development Manager you will:
- Manage the full sales cycle for new business, ensuring a smooth handover and onboarding process through proactive stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to maximise customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Identify and capitalise on new opportunities by aligning solutions with client priorities and market demand.
- Convert a steady stream of inbound marketing-generated leads into new client wins.
- Collaborate closely with account management, operations, and senior leadership to refine sales strategy and accelerate pipeline progress.
We’d love to hear from you if:
- You’ve previously excelled at winning new business accounts for a company selling an employee benefit / employee wellness product, although HRTech experience would also be interesting.
- You’re a commercially minded Business Development Manager with a strong track record of owning new business wins from lead/prospecting to close.
- You have a proven track record in driving new business growth by identifying and converting high-value opportunities into long-term client partnerships.
- You are a relationship-seller through-and-through, confidently leading sales conversations, in-person meetings and navigating complex client needs with emotional intelligence.

- Base: Up to £80k, dependent on experience
- Commission: Up to £80k On-Target-Commission, uncapped
