A busy law firm located in Bolton is currently looking for an experienced RTA Litigation/Credit Hire Fee Earner to join their expanding team.

As a Fee Earner, you will be a key player in the firm\’s RTA team, responsible for managing a caseload of litigated RTA matters, handling pre-litigation cases, and progressing credit hire cases. You should be well-versed in RTA law, with a strong track record in handling such cases.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing a caseload of litigated RTA matters.
2. Handling pre-litigation RTA cases.
3. Progressing credit hire cases.
4. Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
5. Providing exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Previous experience in RTA law, with expertise in litigation and credit hire.
