FP&A Manager – Financial Planning and Analysis – Hybrid Working
Our client, a global Insurance company, is currently looking to hire an FP&A Manager to join the team on a hybrid working basis. The client site for this role will be based in London.
Key Skills & Experience
- Qualified accountant
- FP&A experience or financial accounting
- Financial services experience is useful; insurance broking is a bonus
- Ability to work in a team in a fast-changing environment
- High standards and expectations from experience in strong and high-performing finance teams
- Process improvement focused on selected areas in management accounting and financial planning and analysis
- Support a growing business to improve assigned processes and reporting, developing templates, agreeing on data fields to be collected with the systems teams, determining available data, and coordinating with division finance teams
- Review period-end processes, complete scorecards for divisions, and report back to the Head of FP&A
