Equifind is representing a Wealth Management firm based in the City of London who is looking to hire a Graduate Revenue Assistant. The firm has acquired multiple businesses in recent years and has also grown through organic growth, making it a very exciting time to join the business. The position can start immediately, so the right candidate will either be immediately available to start and interview or on a very short notice period. You will be supporting and assisting the team with revenue and credit control from start to finish. No prior experience is required for this role, and there will be opportunities to move internally into another department later on, allowing you to gain more exposure to various roles and further develop your understanding of financial advisory.

The Role:

  • Ensuring the collation of all provider statements as per receipts in the bank.
  • Dealing with internal and external queries.
  • Liaising with and providing the outsourcing service with the data they require to complete all postings in a timely manner for deadline purposes.
  • Troubleshooting, resolving, and chasing external provider statements.
  • Preparing month-end revenue reports.
  • Liaising with the Client Support team to resolve income queries.
  • Raising sales invoices.
  • Maintaining all department shared mailboxes.
  • Ensuring all internal processes are completed in line with company standards and compliance requirements.
  • Maintaining organised records and documentation of reconciliations, discrepancies, and resolutions for auditing purposes.
  • Ensuring financial records meet company standards and timelines.
  • Assisting with audits and checking for discrepancies in data.
  • Supporting business growth and development through participation in projects and workgroups.
  • Carrying out and maintaining training and development activities as required by the business and set by line management.
  • Providing necessary support to the revenue team, listing any issues or concerns to the revenue manager.
  • Carrying out any other reasonable duties as requested by line management or the Executive Committee.

Application Criteria:

To be considered for the role of Graduate Revenue Assistant working for this Wealth Management business based in the City of London, candidates should ideally be:
