We are delighted to be working closely with one of London's most prestigious and highly-regarded West End law firms in their search for an additional mid to senior level employment lawyer (4-6 PQE) to join their team. This Employment team is highly rated on legal directories and boasts a varied and attractive client base, including media, sport, film clients, larger corporates, and clients in the education sector.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer to work autonomously within a friendly and supportive team environment. The successful candidate can expect a broad range of respondent-led work, some exposure to executive matters, generalist advice to clients, and leading employment tribunal claims, along with other disputes. Most work involves stand-alone employment issues, with a smaller proportion related to corporate support.
The firm is renowned for its culture and is committed to providing a friendly, collaborative work/life balance, with up to 60% WFH options. They focus on nurturing individual careers and fostering a positive environment. The ideal candidate will be bright, confident, possess strong technical skills, and have the soft skills necessary to develop, manage, and maintain client relationships.
