Lloyd’s are seeking to recruit a Company Secretarial Associate - Market Governance to support the provision of a first class company secretarial service to Lloyd’s governing committees and the management and operation of a robust governance framework. The successful candidate will act as the Secretary to the Market Oversight Group (MOG) and Capital & Planning Group (CPG) and be accountable for supporting the delivery of an operational excellence framework for key oversight processes ensuring that effective processes, tools, communication, technology and ways of working are in place to build alignment of core oversight activity and ensure that a culture of continuous improvement is developed and adopted across the Markets Division.
The successful candidate will have experience in the following areas:
- Managing and organising meetings with large number of executive level stakeholders and monitor attendance and quorum
- Expertise in taking minutes
- Acting as the first point of contact for key processes
- Drafting high quality meeting minutes
- Collating and preparing packs for the various Committees
- Noting and tracking actions points during meetings
- Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Ideally experience with Diligent, but not essential
- Managing the team’s Sharepoints, including documents and minutes
- Communication skills across a variety of different formats
