Customer Service Advisor

Looking to recruit a Customer services advisor to join a leading Property Maintenance Contractor based in Basildon

Responsibilities:

Take ownership for responding to inbound communications from tenants (calls and emails)
Follow the contact centre script and/or system diagnosis tool to ensure the right information is captured and validated
Accurately diagnose the issue by utilising the system diagnosis tool, supplemented by your own knowledge and experience of repairs
Manage ingoing and outgoing mail/ inbox Requirements:

Previous experience in a Customer Service role ideally within the repairs and maintenance sector
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong administration, organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
