Location: Brentford, London – 4 days in the office, 1 day WFH

Responsible to: Becky Kerry – Category Manager & Andy Taylor, Category Manager

  • 2nd & Final interviews with Andy & Becky - Face to Face in the Brentford Office on Wednesday 9th

Estimated start date: Between the 14th October

Salary: £23,000 to £25,000 pro rata

What is the job?

Are you hyper organized, feel at home working with data, and strive to deliver unbeatable customer experiences with a real interest in the retail aspect of our cinemas? You could be one of the two new seconded Retail Support Assistants at the Brentford support office, supporting the Retail Team with all general administrative tasks. What will you be doing?

You will support the category managers and other team members in respect of products and brands, with general admin tasks including but not limited to data input, financial administration, query resolution (including Vista and AX sales and finance systems), purchase orders, stock counts, and performance insights. You will be the first point of contact for cinema enquiries and support. You will provide business-as-usual support for internal and operational circuit stakeholders and act as the liaison for retail products, processes, stock, supply chain, and equipment. You will liaise with other team members and stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives and carry out ad hoc duties as required or directed by the line manager.

About you

You will be comfortable using a variety of software programs such as Excel and Word (essential), PowerPoint, Vista, Microsoft AX (desirable). You will feel at home in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often reactive environment. You have a strong understanding of what it means to be truly customer-focused and a genuine interest in retail in a leisure situation. You have a thirst for learning and are ready to gain experience in the head office/support office environment while exercising the wealth of retail knowledge you’ve gained from working in the cinema.
