My client, a global multi-disciplinary executive search firm based in Central London, requires a Partner to lead their Asset Management offering. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a successful team and join a business with meaningful relationships built on a track record of exceptional delivery.
A highly collaborative practice, the other FS partners are well-recognised market leaders with an ambition to maintain their industry standing. Working within a candidate centric, retained assignment environment, this role is fundamental in the origination and delivery of key assignments as well as the ongoing growth of the highly successful Financial Services practice.
You will utilise your extensive network of industry sources, identifying and winning mandates for you and your team to complete. You will be a motivated and confident self-starter who can demonstrate a clear track record of success within executive search.
You will have good knowledge and a relevant network of Board and C-level leaders across Asset & Wealth Management and Alternatives. You will have excellent academics, good communication and organisational skills and the ability to persuade and influence at the highest levels. You will be a high achiever, be self-confident and take ownership of your responsibilities.
