We’re looking for someone who will play an active role in nurturing the relationships with our hiring teams and delivering against our hiring plans. You might already be a Talent Coordinator, or you might be someone working with a people (or HR) team with experience in resourcing & scheduling interviews. We are looking for someone to be a trusted partner to our busy Talent Acquisition and Mobility team, with meticulous attention to detail & high standards.
This role reports into our Talent Lead and we are offering a significant opportunity to contribute to Made Tech across all areas of our Talent Team. Throughout your time, you will have exposure to support hiring across Cloud & Engineering, User Centred Design, Delivery Management and Commercial capabilities.
Supporting our hiring
- Scheduling a high volume of interviews and maintaining multiple trackers.
- Working with hiring teams to build rotas and guarantee interview capacity.
- Responsibility for collating our regular reporting & any ad hoc data requests.
- Maintaining relevant communication touch points with candidates during the interview process. We pride ourselves on our candidate journey and you will be an ambassador of this experience for all hires.
- Sending contracts for new joiners and ensuring any questions are passed on to the relevant person to answer in a timely manner.
- Maintaining our ATS (Pinpoint).
- Play an active role in supporting & delivering initiatives (such as DE&I initiatives) across the business.

- You’ll also be the main point of contact for interview scheduling and contract creation where you will need a customer-focused approach, possess excellent time management skills and be able to prioritise a busy and competing workload.
- You will possess strong written and oral communication skills, working in both a collaborative and autonomous way.

An increasing number of our customers are specifying a minimum of SC (security check) clearance in order to work on their projects. As a result, we’re looking for all successful candidates for this role to have eligibility. Eligibility for SC requires 5 years’ UK residency and 5 years’ employment history (or back to full-time education). Please note that if at any point during the interview process it is apparent that you may not be eligible for SC, we won’t be able to progress your application and we will contact you to let you know why.
Note: This role will follow our usual screening call and then two-stage interview process. We are looking for the successful candidate to start as soon as possible.
