About you:
As a Billing Specialist for the Access Group’s Ireland operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes. You will be responsible for managing the customer ledger, invoicing clients, and resolving billing-related inquiries. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Prepare and send accurate invoices, verify billing data, resolve discrepancies, monitor cycles, and use Excel for bulk billing.
- Maintain and reconcile customer accounts, update records, and manage overdue payments proactively.
- Address billing inquiries, collaborate with customer service to resolve disputes, and maintain professionalism.
- Generate and analyse billing reports, reconcile receipts, enhance processes for efficiency, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

- Proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, and understanding of accounting principles and billing procedures.
