Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth.
  • Perform end-of-day auditing and reporting tasks.
  • Process guest check-ins/outs and handle payments accurately.
  • Answer calls, manage wake-up requests, and handle guest inquiries.
  • Maintain lobby security, guest records, and manage lost property.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
  • Address guest complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure all systems and procedures are followed according to hotel standards.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
  • Previous front office or night audit experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems under pressure.
  • Flexible and committed to delivering great service overnight.
