Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Perform end-of-day auditing and reporting tasks.
- Process guest check-ins/outs and handle payments accurately.
- Answer calls, manage wake-up requests, and handle guest inquiries.
- Maintain lobby security, guest records, and manage lost property.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
- Address guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all systems and procedures are followed according to hotel standards.
Qualifications

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
