Job Description:
- Assisting HR with the process of recruitment, including reference checks and scheduling interviews.
- Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department.
- Compiling and maintaining paper, digital, and electronic employee records, including holiday and sickness leaves.
- Managing the on-boarding process for all new staff.
- Identifying training needs and organizational training.
- Identifying key initiatives to be run within the company.
- Working with other departments when required.
