- Month-end reporting of Management and Project Accounts against budget and standard
- Group Monthly Cash forecast for the financial year
- Budgeting for Sales, Accounting for Year-end, and Audit
- Quarterly VAT returns
- Project Accounting reporting improvements & resolve costing issues
- Providing labour productivity reports
- Management of inventory
