As a leader in the aerospace industry, we have a number of exciting positions available right now, including an Industrial Placement - Business Systems in our Seating business located in Kilkeel, Northern Ireland.

What You Will Do

  • Assist in the analysis, design, and implementation of business systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the development and maintenance of system documentation and user guides.
  • Participate in system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide solutions that meet business needs.
  • Assist in data analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.
  • Provide end-user support and training as needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in business systems.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of business systems and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Previous internship or project experience in business systems or related fields.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL or Python.
