PCR are recruiting an experienced Manager to join its growing team based in Woking. This is a key leadership role for a commercially astute professional with a solid background in facade and external envelope works, ready to oversee the commercial aspects of multiple high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full commercial responsibility for facade packages from pre-contract to final account
- Lead procurement, tendering, and contract negotiations
- Manage cost planning, budget control, and forecasting
- Prepare and review CVRs, valuations, and applications for payment
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and risk management
- Collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, and clients
- Provide mentorship and direction to junior commercial staff
