The Job
- Lead and support a regional team of programmatic traders responsible for executing and optimising campaigns across display, CTV, YouTube, audio, and out-of-home channels.
- Coach and develop traders on tools, products, and optimisation strategies while maintaining high standards through clear OKRs and performance tracking.
- Oversee campaign delivery, profitability, and quality, ensuring excellent client service and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with sales, account management, product, and data science teams to improve outcomes and implement trading strategies.
- Manage a small portfolio of strategically important clients, delivering strong campaign performance and fostering client relationships.
- Drive adoption of new tactics, features, and innovations within the trading team.
- Deliver training and presentations internally and at client agencies to showcase campaign impact and company capabilities.
You
- 4+ years of programmatic trading experience, ideally including management or team leadership.
- Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and experience working with major DSPs.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, able to adapt style for different audiences and present confidently.
- Proven ability to motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
