I am recruiting a reliable, positive, and fully committed Sixth Form Coordinator to supervise and support independent study for our Post 16 students in the brand new Post 16 study area. You must inspire, challenge, and motivate students to ensure a healthy, safe, happy, and challenging environment where Post 16 students can work hard and achieve their potential.
You must be flexible, hardworking, and possess knowledge of A-levels and university pathways. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the best schools in Northwest London. We have a reputation for teaching excellence, which leads to exceptional outcomes for our students at both GCSE and A level. We invest heavily in our staff and are very proud of their success.
The post holder will work closely with subject teachers and the Heads of Post 16 Education to maximize the effectiveness of students' private study sessions.
The successful candidate will:

- have strong literacy, numeracy, and ICT skills
- demonstrate brilliant organizational and interpersonal skills
Rate dependent on qualifications and experience. All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. This advert is for a temporary position, with the possibility of becoming permanent later.
