Our projects range in value from £5k to £15m, taking the role of Principal Contractor and Principal Designer on various schemes, and supporting our valued Tier 1 contractor clients in a subcontractor and off-site manufacturing capacity.

Role Purpose

Working specifically on the Severn Trent Delivery Frameworks, managing water industry construction and engineering projects – ensuring full CDM compliance across our sites.

The Role

Contracted to 42.5hrs per week Monday to Friday.

• To be responsible for managing M&E installations in accordance with Bridges Health & Safety
• Ensure that all items are installed to the highest standards
• To follow and actively promote the STAR dynamic risk assessment
• Promote and demonstrate the Bridges\’ values when dealing with peers, staff, customers, and clients

Requirements

• Experience in managing M&E sites.
• Experience in a civil / utilities environment
• Site health and safety card
• SMSTS
• Appropriate trade certificate/qualification
• Good client management and communication skills
• Fit for work medical

Desirable

• Black Card CSCS
• Water industry experience
• EUSR
• IPAF, PASMA, confined space
