Location: London (Perm role)
About the role:
You will play a crucial role in supporting our Technology Service Manager with technology suppliers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key technology suppliers.
- Outsourced Services Reporting: Manage and report on technology outsourced services.
- Performance Monitoring: Support the monitoring of supplier performance against SLAs and KPIs.
- Risk Reporting: Ensure risks are managed and updated in line with the framework.
- Cost Management: Consolidate technology costs and manage PO and invoice processes.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
