An international organisation is seeking a Senior Sustainability Manager to join their team and play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s sustainability goals. This is an exciting opportunity to support strategic projects, collaborate with key stakeholders, and enable a range of businesses to deliver on their environmental and social commitments.
Reporting to the Head of Sustainability, you will act as a trusted advisor and partner, helping business units integrate sustainability into their operations and identify opportunities for improvement.

The ideal Senior Sustainability Manager will:
- Have a proven track record in developing and implementing sustainability strategies across diverse organisations or sectors.
- Possess experience in corporate sustainability or consulting, with a strong understanding of integrating sustainability into business operations.
- Be an exceptional communicator, able to engage with and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership and operational teams.
- Demonstrate a proactive, solution-focused mindset, with the ability to drive initiatives and build collaborative relationships across different functions.
In return, the successful individual will receive an attractive compensation package consisting of:
- Base salary of £80,000 - £95,000 plus a bonus of up to 15%
- Enhanced pension of up to 10% employer contribution
- Private medical and dental plans
- Life assurance – 3x basic salary
