Your new role

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Manager – Indirects to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of indirect goods and services, ensuring cost-effective and efficient sourcing strategies. You will work closely with various departments to understand their needs and provide procurement solutions that align with our company\’s goals.

1. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions.
2. Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect categories, including IT, marketing, facilities, and professional services.
3. Manage supplier relationships and performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.
4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide support throughout the procurement process.
6. Monitor and report on procurement metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
7. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

What you\’ll need to succeed

1. Proven experience in procurement, with a focus on indirect categories.
2. Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
3. Ideally, CIPS/ MCIPS.
4. Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
5. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
