Your new role
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Manager - Indirects to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of indirect goods and services, ensuring cost-effective and efficient sourcing strategies. You will work closely with various departments to understand their needs and provide procurement solutions that align with our company's goals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect categories, including IT, marketing, facilities, and professional services.
- Manage supplier relationships and performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide support throughout the procurement process.
- Monitor and report on procurement metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
