The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

This varied and interesting role consists of:

  • Organising meetings and ensuring best governance practices;
  • Preparing and submitting filings with company registries based on events;
  • Maintaining statutory books and non-statutory registers;
  • Responding to CDD requests;
  • Maintaining the corporate regulatory calendar and global governance records and homepage;
  • Assisting with corporate projects;
  • Supporting annual audits and insurance renewals;
  • Assisting with training, developing checklists, and guidance notes for company secretarial processes;
  • Supporting the integration of new jurisdictions;
  • Assisting with internal licensing approval for new products and services.

The ideal candidate will be a keen governance professional with experience in an in-house governance and/or company secretarial role. Experience in a regulated professional services environment is advantageous, as is studying or being qualified with CGI. The candidate should have attention to detail and be accurate, well-organised, proactive, able to work independently, and exercise good judgment. Sound communication skills are essential. Knowledge of Viewpoint, Board Intelligence, and iManage or similar platforms would be a plus.
