The Role
We are seeking travel enthusiasts with a passion for guest service for our depot in Manchester - Rochdale. You will be the face of our company, reporting to the Branch and Regional Operations Manager - UKI, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining our fleet, and managing all operational issues to guarantee smooth depot operations.
What Will You Work On?
- Handle reservations, organize vehicle check-ins and check-outs, and coordinate team activities;
- Train, supervise, and coach your team;
- Maintain the fleet, oversee logistics, and ensure campervans are in top condition;
- Manage workforce planning, inventory, local suppliers, and cleaning services;
- Handle complaints, emergencies, and local issues to ensure smooth operations;
- Assist in reselling campervans, including preparing and showing them to prospective buyers.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Travel enthusiasts with excellent customer contact skills; experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car is desirable;
- Fluent in English (mandatory);
- Eligible to work in the UK with a valid driver's license and confident driving a campervan (mandatory);
- Available to work on weekends and public holidays;
- Responsible, reliable, well-organized, and problem-solving skills.
