They are looking for a proactive and professional Team Administrator to support their Finance and Customer Service teams, with additional involvement across the Sales department. Team Administrator β Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming phone calls, resolving queries, and directing calls to the appropriate department
- Managing emails and administration for the Customer Service and Finance teams
- Preparing documentation packs for customers
- Coordinating inspections and follow-ups for customers
- Attending meetings with managers and directors to support with administrative tasks
- Providing additional admin support across the Finance and Sales teams as required
Team Administrator β What Weβre Looking For:
- Office-based admin experience (e.g., Admin Assistant, Receptionist, Customer Service, Coordinator)
- Previous Construction or Property experience is advantageous, but not essential
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills
- Comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders and directors
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work
- Must be a driver, as occasional site visits with directors may be required
