Stevenage FC Foundation are looking to recruit a Youth Engagement Officer to join our team. The Foundation is seeking highly motivated, responsible and committed individuals to work within its expanding community programme. The Foundation is looking to recruit a Youth Engagement Officer to lead the effective recruitment of participants onto youth engagement programmes and coordinate the delivery of the provision. Responsible for supporting young people through their engagement journey, from recruitment to graduation and beyond.

Reports To: Head of Community Engagement

Location: Various locations across Stevenage and Hertfordshire

Contract: Fixed term full time (until August 2026, view to extend subject to successful achievement of KPIs associated with the role)

Salary: Starting at £23,250 p/a
