Arrange a Trial
If you have the required driving licence, call us to arrange a trial. Potential applicants must be physically fit, self-motivated, and able to work independently. They must also be able to keep accurate records.

Location: You will be based at our depot, which is located near Wallisdown in Poole, Dorset. Due to the 'on-call' requirement, applicants must live in the Bournemouth/Poole area.
Working hours: In addition to a standard working week, you will be required to be on call for nights and weekends as part of a rolling roster.
DBS Check: Our police contract requires us to carry out a DBS check to ensure employees are not barred from carrying out duties associated with recovery roles.
Role/Duties:
- Recovering vehicles using specialised equipment.
- Providing roadside assistance and customer support.
- Ensuring the safe transportation of recovered vehicles to our depot or other destinations.
- Complying with all road traffic and safety regulations.
The work is rewarding, varied, and interesting. Depending on your qualifications and level of training, it could include:
- Roadside recovery of broken-down heavy, light commercial, and private vehicles using appropriate specialised equipment
- Winching of all vehicle types
- Recovering vehicles involved in major or minor accidents
- Recovering vehicles involved in crime
You will be required to confidently and carefully drive a variety of vehicles. Training in the safe use of our equipment will be provided.
