What we are looking for:
We are looking for a professional and experienced Team Manager for the Block Freezing Department. As a Team Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a designated production line/team within the Production Area.
Key responsibilities as a Team Manager will include:
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the block freezing process on site.
- Manage the rework process of the by-product created on site through a mincing operation before freezing into blocks.
- Minimise all product downgrades.
- Team management for area employees.
- Ensure all rework is completed as per specifications and within required timescales.
Required experience/expertise to succeed as a Team Manager will include:
- Previous management experience in food production.
- Ability to interpret data (screen display).
- Good attention to detail.
- Flexibility.
