About the job

As Plant Manager, you will be in charge of the Seasonal Plant Area of the Garden Centre, which includes planning and supervising staff in the daily running of the plant area. You will ensure that all stock is clearly on show with pricing, mixed with replenishment and merchandising. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing your team and ensuring they offer the best customer service.

Ideal candidate

For this role and our company, you need to be friendly with an engaging personality while having a genuine love for retail and customer service. To work in the plant area, you need to share that love for retail along with a passion for plants; plant knowledge is an absolute must in this role as you will be passing this on to customers and colleagues.
