About the job
As Plant Manager, you will be in charge of the Seasonal Plant Area of the Garden Centre, which includes planning and supervising staff in the daily running of the plant area. You will ensure that all stock is clearly on show with pricing, mixed with replenishment and merchandising. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing your team and ensuring they offer the best customer service.
