Reporting Into – Engineering Manager
Tecrec are searching for an experienced Electrical Engineer to work on a mobile basis across Peterborough, Milton Keynes, Watford, St Albans & Hatfield. This is to work for a business with many years of extensive experience, which provides their clients with a complete facilities maintenance package, tailored to suit their needs and deliver that service cost-effectively but to the highest engineering standards.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established maintenance provider who invests both time and training into their employees. This business has gone from strength to strength over the last 5 years and now has over 100 engineers across London & home counties.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites.
- Completion of PPM works to schedule in the most proactive and efficient way possible.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate must have good all-round building services knowledge and previous experience of managing a team within FM.
- Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience as well as qualifications in Electrical Installations (Level 3 Required):
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or Parts 1 & 2 in Electrical Installations.
- 18th Edition.
- 2391 Testing & Inspection - Desired.
The Package:
- £42,000 per annum with annual pay reviews.
- 22 Days holiday plus bank holidays.
- Van & fuel card.
- Opportunity to earn overtime.
