Our client is a leading FMCG distributor, working closely with brands looking to launch their products into the UK market and have relationships with all the major grocery multiples, along with convenience and specialist retailers. They are on the lookout for a Trade Marketing Coordinator to join their super-busy team.
This role would suit someone who has experience of working in a merchandising/POS role either in retail or FMCG.
What will you be doing?- You’ll be planning and managing the production, delivery and installation of shopper marketing and product displays in store.
- You’ll create planograms for specific product ranges and store layouts.
- Merchandise new products and make instore visits to audit, refresh and install displays.
- Manage timelines and logistics to ensure that products and merchandising materials are delivered on time.
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders.
- Support the sales and marketing teams with the coordination and planning of trade shows.
- Experience working in a similar role - merchandising, POS, instore marketing activation etc.
- Confidence in communicating with stakeholders at all levels and working in a fast-paced environment with a high attention to detail.
- Comfortable with store plans and technical installation briefs.
- The ability to keep calm under pressure.
- A full, clean driving license is essential as you will be expected to travel to retail sites.
This is a vibrant, sociable and collaborative business, looking for like-minded individuals. They operate 5 days a week in the office which is a short walk from all the major city centre train stations. Hybrid working will not be considered.
