We are looking for someone to work as Seller Marketing Operation & Social Community engagement with our valued client in their office in London. Our client is a social media video content platform for creating and sharing short lip-sync, comedy, and talent videos with offices in most EMEA and AMS countries.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to execute the weekly prospect/seller outreach and incentive strategy for our client's Seller Acquisition team. This role focuses on accurately implementing pre-defined seller incentive campaigns, preparing engaging prospect/seller-facing communication assets, building awareness among seller communities across social platforms, and ensuring timely delivery, supported by comprehensive documentation and compliance.
- Content Creation: Develop clear and engaging seller-facing communications across email, in-app messages, and promotional materials using design tools such as Canva or Figma.
- Campaign Implementation: Execute seller incentive campaigns, including configuration of campaign mechanics, reward, and creating clear seller-facing content for each initiative.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with potential sellers via social platforms (Reddit, Quora, etc.) to raise awareness of our client's shop and answer seller-related queries about registration.
- Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure that all seller-facing content adheres to brand, legal, and operational guidelines with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency.
Strong written English skills with the ability to create clear and engaging content (proven experience writing marketing copy). Previous experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or B2B marketing environments is preferred. Basic familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar design tools (further training can be provided). Include writing samples or descriptions of marketing content you’ve created. Demonstrate your ability to follow processes, manage multiple deadlines for projects/campaigns, and deliver high-quality outputs with precision.
