We are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Windsor. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years + Estate Agency sales experience as a Senior Negotiator or Assistant Manager, with some valuation experience. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Benefits:
- Basic £20,000 - £22,000
- OTE £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
- Monday to Friday 8.45am - 6pm
- 1 Saturday off per month but day back in lieu
- 5 day working week

Responsibilities:
- Registering and qualifying potential buyers
- Generating and conducting viewings
- Canvassing to bring on new properties
- Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
- Preparing sales brochures
- Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
- Always delivering exceptional customer service
- Meeting with clients
- Valuations
- Assessing buyers & sellers particular needs
- Responding to queries via e-mail and telephone
- Promoting properties via different mediums
Key Skills:
- A minimum of 2 years + experience in Estate Agency sales
- Must have a full understanding of the sales process
- Local area knowledge essential
- Valuing experience
- High level of customer service skills
- The desire to work well in a team
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent telephone manner and very well presented
- Drive, hunger and ambition for success
