Looking for an experienced IT, Tech & Data Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a brilliant team in Brighton with up to 4 days a week working from home (you choose - either 1, 2, 3 or 4 days WFH).
This isn’t your usual KPI-heavy, micromanaged setup. It’s a well-established recruitment business with a great name in their space, and they genuinely treat you like a grown-up. You’ll get full autonomy to run your own desk, loads of support, and a proper commission structure that actually rewards you for doing good work.
Here’s the deal:
- Senior Consultant level – ideally with experience in IT, Data, Analytics or Tech recruitment
- Brighton office, hybrid model (1 day in-office minimum - can be more - you choose)
- £40–50K basic depending on previous results/experience + uncapped commission
- Strong brand, and a high-performing but down-to-earth team
