A renowned Global law firm are looking to recruit paralegals to join the Real Estate teams in their offices based in Northern England. These are permanent positions.
The roles are focussed on supporting our client's energy and utilities clients in relation to managing purchases and leases of sub stations, radio sites etc.
The successful applicant will be managing a busy caseload of transactions, drafting the acquisition documentation, assisting with file opening procedures, managing completion and post-completion registrations and other general paralegal and administrative tasks.
Candidates must possess significant Real Estate experience (utilities experience is preferred, but not essential) gained from a well-known law firm(s), excellent academics (including a good law degree), and you may be working towards CILEX (not essential). However, excellent IT and organisational skills are essential.
Salary is highly competitive, but dependent entirely on relevant/level of experience. Although not guaranteed, career progression is possible in due course for the right candidate.
