SAP Team is part of the Center of Excellence, managing a Global SAP S/4 Hana system. SAP Solution Architect R2R VIM is responsible for the solutioning, designing, and testing of the SAP VIM solution. In this role, you will participate in implementations, support, and integration projects.
Your involvement:
- Define, analyze, and document the business requirements in a detailed way.
- Solutioning, design, testing, and support activities for the SAP VIM module on SAP S/4 Hana.
- Ensure to avoid any conflicts with the ongoing S/4 Hana project design and rollout plan.
- Map the business requirements and provide solutions along with configuration and functional specifications and other required documentation, and configure the system accordingly.
- Lead the implementation of new functionalities and improve existing functionalities, including articulating and analyzing requirements.
- Prepare and conduct Unit/Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and coordinate with end users for User Acceptance Testing, if required.
- Identify scope under 'How To, Request Fulfilment, and Standard Change' and prepare suitable documentation.
- Design and carry out training programs for Key Users for new/changes to module processes/functionality and ensure 100% knowledge transfer.
- Ensure executional excellence throughout the area of responsibility. Keep up to date with industry best practices in your area of expertise.
- Participate in process assessments to measure effectiveness and assist in addressing any identified gaps in business process mapping and/or functionalities.
- Use knowledge to suggest innovations across a broad range of new and traditional channels.
- Provide 3rd Level expertise for Incident/Problem management, Application Change Management, enhancements, and Projects.
Your background:
- Proven experience in S/4 VIM 23.4 version (OpenText validation tool for OCR, Enterprise Scanner, VIM configuration) implementation, upgrade, improvements projects (minimum 5 years).
- Strong background in SAP S/4 Finance R2R (mainly Taxes, AP, Payments) and Source to Pay (PO process, GR, IR).
- Strong knowledge of SAP Workflows, Fiori APPS, SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management with integration with S/4 Hana, IES server connectivity, and interaction with DMS.
- Technical ABAP skills as an advantage.
- Soft skills: Stakeholders’ management, Conflict management, and teamwork.
- Language skills: Business level English - in speaking and writing.
