Due to continued success, we’re looking for a Customer Service Operator based at our Birmingham depot to help us develop our ambitious plans.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Dealing internally with Maritime staff to manage any issues or problems.
- Dealing externally with our customers, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
- 2 days a week will be based in our Birmingham depot while 3 days a week will be based at our customer’s office in Birmingham.
- An understanding of the transport industry would be preferred but not essential.
- Working as part of a successful team, you will possess excellent communication skills and experience dealing directly with customers.
- A working knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Excel is essential for the role.
