The Role:
As R&D Packaging Manager, youβll lead packaging innovation, sustainability, and industrialisation for our premium-tier products. This role blends technical expertise with entrepreneurial thinking to develop bespoke packaging solutions, optimize production, and drive sustainable packaging solutions. Act as the go-to packaging expert, working closely with NPD, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams. Be obsessed with Continuous Improvement; share best practices, optimise processes, and drive packaging excellence for the site and wider into the Group.
