This may be the right opportunity for you! The Ops team at Goat is a dynamic, close-knit, hardworking, and proud team that works with all teams across the business. We are at the heart of the business, making sure all other teams are supported and able to do their best work, and also ensuring that campaigns run as efficiently and as logistically sound as possible.

Core role responsibilities:

  • Carry out purchasing requests for the Operations team, properly administering spend records
  • Provide day-to-day support handling IT and Telecomms across the agency
  • Support the day-to-day management of Goat's London office
  • Carry out logistical support in the handling and management of influencer gifting processes
  • Assist with the booking process for staff and influencer travel, ensuring that bookings are without error and cost-effective for the agency
  • Support the wider Operations team with arranging team socials and events
  • Effectively field staff requests for assistance, solving problems efficiently and directing them to the correct individual where necessary
  • Proactively suggest improvement projects to the senior Operations team and work with them to implement approved solutions
  • Provide day-to-day, ad-hoc support across the wider business as required

Required experience to apply:

  • Have a general understanding of and/or interest in influencer marketing, the platforms involved, and the mechanics used to drive success
  • Capable of setting up and managing IT hardware and audio/visual equipment
  • Previous experience or ability to quickly learn both Microsoft and Google suites
  • Good ability to work with numbers, proficient at using Excel and Google Sheets to manage large volumes of data
  • Working in a team and collaborating with other departments
  • Writes clearly and competently. Able to easily communicate via written mediums
  • Consistently organised, process-orientated, timely and detail-oriented in carrying out your day-to-day tasks
  • Effective problem solving and initiative in coming up with solutions to issues
  • Strong ability to deal with pressure in difficult situations
