We are looking for an individual to join a company based in a village location just outside Bicester as a Customer Service Advisor. Within this role, you will be building relationships with customers and supporting customer retention, answering customer queries and liaising with internal and external contacts. Working hours will consist of 08:30-17:00 Monday to Friday.
Duties of the Customer Service Advisor:
- Respond to customer queries regarding online orders.
- Resolve customer service queries via telephone, email, online, and on Trustpilot.
- Liaise with couriers regarding order updates, missing parcels, and raising claims.
- Provide support and product information to customers.
- Processing returns.
- Build and develop relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- General administration.
Personal Attributes:
- Previous experience within a customer service position.
- Good computer skills, comfortable using Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Work well within a team.
