- Competitive Salary: On offer is a rate of pay £18 - £19 p/h (£37,960 - £40,040 per annum) depending on experience with our average engineer taking home approx. £47,000 including overtime.

About the role:
As a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be a crucial member of their field-based team, ensuring clients' systems operate efficiently across Norfolk, Suffolk, and Essex. Utilising your skills and their comprehensive training, you’ll work on both commercial and domestic sites, maintaining the company’s reputation as trusted experts.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Delivering outstanding service that ensures customer satisfaction and enhances our reputation.
- Performing proactive and reactive maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration units.
- Managing servicing of split systems, VRVs, and VRFs.
- Maintaining thorough documentation of all service activities.
- Collaborating with the team and communicating issues to management as required.
About you:
You are a skilled engineer with a valid UK Driving Licence. You’ve got F-gas 2079 Cat 1 and ideally NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning qualifications. Experience with Daikin & Mitsubishi AC systems or a background in electrical engineering is a bonus! With at least two years in a similar role, you bring a proactive attitude and a passion for delivering top-notch service.
