Little Wing opened its doors in October 2009, bringing authentic Naples-style pizzas to Northern Ireland. Since the opening of the flagship restaurant on Ann Street in Belfast, the Little Wing family has grown to include ten restaurants throughout Northern Ireland!
We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join our Little Wing Management team. This role is to assist the General Manager in controlling the outlet according to company guidelines and assist in maximizing the revenue of food and beverage by consistently providing high quality, professional and well-organized service.
You will be responsible for assisting the GM in implementing initiatives to drive revenue and footfall for the restaurant, implementing local marketing initiatives, creating close ties with local community and charity groups, and working with your team to deliver a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.

We believe in work-life balance. This is a full-time position, and you will be expected to work approximately 40 hours per week (over five shifts including weekends). As a reward, you can expect a competitive salary of £27,000 - £30,000, paid fortnightly.
Essential Criteria
- 1 years’ experience in a similar position of Assistant Manager or Supervisor level in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Ambitious Managers who want to progress.
- Proven track record of organisational skills.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Passionate about the industry and delivering the best pizza.
- Strong customer focus.
Desirable Criteria
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in an Assistant Management position.
- NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality Management.
